Product overview
PFP (KS D 3619, polyethylene powder-lined steel pipe for water supply) is a product that perfectly imparts corrosion resistance by special coating and lining of polyethylene, a hygienic polymer, to the steel pipe, which is the piping material with the highest mechanical and physical quality.
It is a product with superior product characteristics than any other piping material. (Technical partnership with Japan's JFE (formerly NKK)_ Japan Water Association Standard JWWA K-132, Polyethylene Powder Lined Steel Pipe Standard for Water Supply)

Insert the flange, lock ring, washer, and rubber ring into the pipe in this order.

After inserting the body into the pipe into which the accessory is inserted, attach the accessory to the body.

Insert the bolt from the body to the flange so that it is caught on the jaw of the body and temporarily assemble the washer and nut on the bolt.

Assemble the other side in the same way as 1,2,3.

Tighten by hand while keeping the nut and accessories level on the body and then tighten strongly with a tool
(ratchet handle, spanner, etc.). (Tighten in a balanced way so that the flange does not twist.)

After completion of construction, check the horizontality of the body, nut, and accessories, and check that the rubber ring is compressed and tightened evenly.

After inserting the body into the pipe into which the accessory is inserted attach the accessory to the body.

Tighten the nut by hand while keeping the body nut and accessories level.

Tighten strongly while maintaining the level using a tool (ratchet handle, spanner, etc.).

After completion of construction, check the horizontality of the body, nut, and accessories and check that the rubber ring is compressed and tightened evenly.
PFP joint [(split type socket) 80A-1,000A]

After cleaning the outer surface of the inlet end of the PFP pipe
and the inner surface of the receiving port, insert the separation prevention pressure wheel and rubber ring into the inlet side by 150mm or more in the opposite direction from the end of the tube.

Position the split socket ring outer ring and inner ring in the receiving part of the PFP pipe.

Fasten the inner ring of the split socket ring at the receiving end of the PFP pipe.

Combine the split socket ring (outer ring, inner ring) and place it at the end of the receiver.

Be careful not to twist the rubber ring in the insert part, insert it all the way to the inside of the receiver part and then fasten the release prevention pressure wheel and the socket ring with the fastening bolts and nuts.

Tighten the tightening bolts little by little in the vertical and diagonal directions using a 41mm tool, and then tighten repeatedly until the separation prevention pressure wheel and the socket ring are in close contact.
[Tightening torque] 14~15kg·m

Tighten the fixing bolts in the vertical and diagonal directions using a 16mm tool to prevent separation of the insertion hole side and check sequentially whether the fixing bolts are securely tightened.
[Tightening torque] 8kg·m

Anti-corrosion seal made in Japan [Channel treatment]
[Properties] Anti-corrosion sealant is a product with properties specially designed to secure corrosion resistance on the pipe cross-section of clad steel pipe.
[Application method] Before installing the fitting, apply an anticorrosive sealing agent between the exposed part of the pipe end and the pipe end protection ring as shown in the figure,
so that no exposed part is formed between the pipe end face and the pipe end protection ring after connecting the fitting.

After cutting the PFP to the length of use with a dedicated cutting M/C, the cut surface and the inside and outside surfaces of the pipe are processed with a round file knife or scraper and chips and foreign substances are removed cleanly.

Apply anticorrosive sealing agent to the cut pipe section.

Insert the tube end protection ring into the inner surface of the tube.

Fasten according to the PFP joint construction method.
